Work continues to interfere with my real life.  What a sigh is there.

The Sun Sans Sorrow.

The few days of beautiful warm Sun we have had here, have taken their toll.

This was taken a few days ago, and I made some running repairs, but the damage is now too great. Many pieces of the Lady have simply dropped off, and been vacuumed into oblivion.

The originals, of which I know of eight, have lasted over one hundred years, and my effort has lasted not even one. Quality is not my middle name.

Something will have to be done. I have ideas.

Backward, Well Maybe...

The previous post is to do with me trying to resolve my reluctance to throw things out. I had made up my mind to dispose of twenty seven of my forty six computers.

Don't ask.

Anyway, one of the computers scheduled for expulsion is a Sun 386i, which has the novel feature of having all the developers names molded into the plastic of the side case. I would hate to dispose of this without being sure that none of the named developers was actually looking for this computer.
I went searching for info and pictures, but failed to find any of high resolution, thus I have taken some and uploaded them to my Photobucket account here.

I think I'm making progress. I am hopeful that my plans come to fruition, so herewith find something green, made exclusively with re-cycled pixels.

Things are quiet. 

Although . . .

I have another work related project that is taking up most of my CPU cycles. Hopefully I will get my AIG and finish it, allowing me to get back to fun stuff. Herewith below find a multitude of pixels pushed today.

In other news, I have found a lead strip that I'm sure will be good for the addition to the door window. When I get around to doing it, I will post pictures as I proceed.  Other than all that, Life Is Good.

Oh!, and I'm having great fun playing with my Gorgon.
