8 Things I Say Often –
I usually speak in acronym.
SP - used as an exclamation of delight! SP = Su-perb.
CLV - normally follows a sigh. CLV = C'est la vie. (Or, when in science mode = Constant Linear Velocity)
All OTP - used to describe drivers road usage. OTP = Over the place.
SAD - used as a superlative to SP. SAD = Super Ally Dooper!
EOD - normally used to end a discussion where I have lost the argument, but can't admit it. EOD = End of discussion. (Or, when in geek mode, I use EOF = End of file, or EOT = End of transmission.)
LRC - normally used to describe traffic congestion. LRC = Left, Right & Centre.
FOAD - usually SHOUTED IN FRUSTRATION. Sometimes varies as BOAD.
AIG - normally used with 'I need to get my'; so I can listen to my Eagles vinyl when I convert it to MP3. AIG = Arse in Gear.
Also, I often use the words Quadrac and Transductor, go figure...

SP!
I might do this one.
I read iWoz. He seems like an arrogant prick.
Nobody™, SP! Okay, I look forward to your version. I may read that first then.
I missed that the books were queued to be read. I also missed "On the Edge" in your list. I bought that one at the same time as iWoz. I adored my 64 ;-)
On the Edge wasn't well written, but was a fascinating read! I had never heard of Chuck Peddle before I heard about this book, but I sure know who he is now! Jack Tramiel was a prick.
I have a C64 on the shelf that I keep meaning to get out. I wish I still had the 1541 floppy and the boxes and boxes of discs... I guess there's always emulation, too. I haven't tried any X86 based C64 emulators in over a decade.
I'll go do the meme now...
'Tidy Up the 34 dimensions that have been tainted by my existence' - I can't even manage to tidy up our two-bedroom apartment.
Thanks for listing those acronyms. I'm never very good at figuring them out just by looking at the letters. And when I say 'never very good' I mean I never get them.
'The Humane Interface by Jef Raskin' - you'll have to let me know how this book is, because if I tried to read it myself I'd have to be hospitalized for a psychotic break.
Very fun meme. I'll be doing this tomorrow.
Nobody™, I could never get into emulators. They are functionally okay, but I get just as much pleasure from the laying on of hands on these devices, and trying to work out why the boards are laid out the way they are. I have even been known to count the vias!
Julia, Thank You. I'll pop over and check your version out.
