Bitten Off More Than I Could Chew...

The graphic below turned out to be a much larger task than I imagined, when I first decided to produce a cover version in January.
It has taken me 52 days in all, to get to this post. It is also, I believe, my first nude Lady post.
This is my cover of a drawing by German artist Adolf Höfer, published in the German Art periodical Jugend: 2.1897, Band2 (Nr. 27-52)in 1897. The University of Heidelberg has kindly digitized the periodical, and made them available on the web.
The original published graphic is here.

As always, clicking upon the graphic will enable a larger view.

Sanscho Panzaloons.

And Lady Amalgam came close. I could feel her warm breath upon my face, and she kissed my forehead.
I smiled. A millisecond of chuckle in an epoch of despair.
