Och aye, oustandin' work. And thanks for the happy birthday, although some of us are wishing that King George III was still around. He was less arrogant than our current leader.
Zed; My pleasure. I can't take any credit for the cover idea. That goes to the Wonderfully Talented Jen at Casual Slack. I agree purple suits Peter better. You make a great couple!
I had a feeling it was Jen's work, but didn't want to offend in case you did it. I'm sure you could do equally as well, Sans. I'd still like to know who Lucille Cataldo is..
Chris, Do you think we could get away with offspring? At the end of the day, a penny for my thoughts, just a piece of whimsy... :¬)
Dick; Sorry for the tardy reply, you came in as I was making the previous comment. I trust you are having a good day too! I wanted to ensure Jen receives the credit for the cover idea; because I'm using one of her previous works for the base, but this graphic is my own daubing. Lucille Cataldo is the budding starlet in one of the Stairway to Stardom videos posted on YouTube. She sings her own composition entitled Hairdresser, Hairdresser and Tease a' Louise. This was in 1982. Zed and I were wondering were she is now, when Zed found a blog post of a Lady claiming to have been Lucille Cataldo. I think the post was supposed to be a funny remark, but the Lady does look similar to Lucille, although she doesn't look old enough. The irony might be that this Lady is a stand up comic, possibly looking for the worldwide fame that Lucille Cataldo has now achieved...
P.S. Thanks, Jen for the cover idea. You're an absolute genius! And worthy of the US presidency! :)

Sans, just let me add my two cents about all this ... said with a touch of whimsy (pulling hair out, screaming, and running frantically through downtown streets)
Mel, The very reason it's done is to raise a smile. I always keep a tissue next to my screen to wipe away my projectile beverage!
Zed, thanks for being such a sport. Just for the record, I had never used whimsy either spoken or written until today. But,
No but, I don't think I will again. Lynda uses GIMP. I have never tried it, but have heard it's pretty comprehensive. One of the Professors I work with swears by it. I just thought of a new line:- I've made your bed, now you can lay on it. :¬)

Sans, that cover cracked me up so much! You even got Lucille Cataldo on there! Bwahahaha!!! Too funny
... and I love Peter Pan in his purple outfit. Green's not really his color. I wish he'd just stop using it completely.
P.S. And thanks again for the Zedbed. I made it a separate post on my blog. You are such a talented guy, Sans.
Happy 4th of July, Sans! "People" magazine is one of my favorite American institutions. I've got the back issues to prove it.
Don't remember this particular issue, though...
By the way, how will I be able to mail you your lobster fridge magnet?
Sans This is EXCELLENT!
You really ought to take over People Magazine!
Your stories are far more accurate than the drivel they currently publish!
P.S. Thanks for not including any scuttle-butt from Cul-de-Sac, payment is in the mail
where do I buy a subscription?
LOVE! Am weak with admiration! So excellent!

WAY cool. Have a great day, Sans!
... btw, who's Lucille Cataldo? I guess I'm sort of out-of-touch.

Julia; I'll email you.
Doctor Mom™; Thank you. I would never dream...
Teri, I think you may already subscribe?
Tanya; Thank you!
Just Dave; Have a Great day!
Another instant classic, Sans! I'm curious to see where this whole Zed/Peter thing goes.

Dick go here to find out about Lucille:

See "Click Here"?? Click on the word "Here". You'll see more of Lucille Cataldo than you ever hoped. That woman can sing! (Not.)

This issue looks way more interesting than the one I have with Paris as the cover story!
Ivory soap catalog HA!!!!

Love this! Thank you for my morning laugh!
Wow, I like it! Zed is hiding though.
Wait, did something happen with Jake when I was in California?
And The Gimp is an awesome program! If you try it, let me know if you need help.
Lynda, I'm learning to love GIMP. It's just taking forever to learn. I'm not finding it particularly user-friendly.
I'm going to search for some easy lessons online.
And Sans, may I say to you today, you are so whimsical. :)
