The last time I used a working conception appliance I found that I would soon be raising a daughter, she is now 28 and has also used a working conception appliance twice. I now have two grandsons.
These appliance seem to cost more money in the long run!

Geo, I guess you knew which buttons to press. I think though, for some people, the payoff comes later in life when they see the benefit of their labours.
