Ray-No-Sense.
GLASGOW (Pantalunatic News) -- A paint by numbers portrait shows an NY State resident from the Small family. Painted by ray-no-sense artist Sans Pantaloons, it will be offered at public auction this summer, Christy's of York said Monday.
Christy's expects the portrait to fetch a record $19 million to $29 million. The record price for a Sans Pantaloons at public auction is $15 million for his Lemon Blue, a Warhol rip-off sold earlier this year.
The portrait up for sale is of Mr. Dick Small, Duke of Earl and ruler of Bear from 1967 to present day. He is also known as Q-Bert and 'The Hammer', and occasionally as 'Hey You'.
The portrait shows Mr. Small turning slightly left against a rich forest green background. The Duke is dressed in an ornate gold-embroidered costume with red puffy sleeves and gray fake fur lining around the neck. In his right hand, Mr. Small holds what is probably an iPod.
The canvas measures 38 inches by 31 inches and dates to 1975.
The renowned Small family ruled NY State from the 14th to 17th centuries and family members became patrons of many of the greatest Italian Restaurants, such as Ihop, Olive Garden and Chuck E. Cheese.
Christy's is set to auction the Small portrait in London, England this July.

Damn I wish I had the money to buy that! It would be better if an Italian Greyhound was in his lap. All the royals had them back in the day until they started all the corgi nonsense.
And we could ask him "Is that an Italian Greyhound in your lap or are you just happy to see us?"
I have no idea where I am going with this...........
you are so friggin talented.
Hahahaaaahahaha! This cracked me up.
Btw, um, I had no idea IHop was an Italian restaurant...
You know, I always knew that Dick Small had a part in the Chuck E. Cheese dynasty!
Mel, Yes. I shall try to work in a greyhound somewhere.
Teri aka Peach Pit, Thank you!
I like your nickname :¬)
Dick, I have it on the best authority that the first pancake was a pizza
that went wrong.
Geo, the world owes a great debt to Mr. Dick Small!
*raises hand to bid 19.5 million*
I know the Chuck E. Cheese dynasty does, Sans!
Are you sure that's Dick Small?
I think it looks more like Chevy Chase
I would pay for a paint-by-number portrait of Chevy
