These are for the Useless Men.
Since there are many contributors, I decided a personalized billboard would be a good idea. It's not often I have a good idea, so this might be one of those.

I love them both but love the top one for its "State funding" saying.

Yes Lynda! Useless Men do get State funding. They're called Politicians.
